Step 3: Submit Personal Information

  1. Tap Let’s Start to begin.

  3. Upload Photos:
    • Take a clear, well-lit photo of your document, ensuring all corners are visible.
    • Capture a selfie photo. Make sure the photo is clear and well-lit.
  4. Wait for the verification process to complete. The processing time depends on the volume of submissions.

Step 4: Perform a Live Check

After your documents are approved, you'll receive a notification to proceed with the Live Check.

  1. Timeline: Complete this step within 2 days of receiving the notification.
  2. Log in to the app and navigate to the KYC section.
  3. Tap Let’s Start and read the instructions.
  4. Camera Access: Allow the app to access your camera.
  5. Follow Instructions:
    • Adjust your face as instructed (move closer or farther).
    • Remain still when asked.

Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation message.

What If the Live Check Fails?

  • Wait 1 hour before trying again.
  • You are allowed up to 4 attempts within the 2-day window.
  • If unsuccessful, wait for further instructions from AZCoiner.
